Born & raised in Dallas-Fort Worth, our founders have set the standard high for what authentic Mexican & Tex-Mex cuisine should taste like.
Castro's: Tex-Mex started as a father-and-son business between Jackson Castro and his father, Abram Castro. Just weeks after setting out to open the restaurant, Abram Castro passed away unexpectedly. Determined to carry on the legacy of his father & introduce the Midwest to the inspired flavors of Tex-Mex, Jackson Castro opened the doors to Castro's: Tex-Mex Grill in August of 2019 - and the rest is history.
What started as an idea between father and son has blossomed into one of the Midwest's must-try destination for tacos, enchiladas, & more.
